Disability Program Navigator

Through the One-Stop Career Transition Center in Long Beach, Goodwill’s Disability Program Navigator (D.P.N.) assists job seekers of all ages with disabilities with services that will support them in meeting their employment goals.

Goodwill’s Disability Navigator facilitates the right fit of employment, including environmental and the modalities, tools, coaching or training needed to build a positive outcome for local consumers. In addition, the D.P.N. promotes implementation of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) initiatives, Enterprise Zone tax credit initiatives, disability employment expertise and resources within the local Workforce Investment System, cross-linking organizations, agencies, local business leaders, schools, colleges, universities, and people with disabilities to successful vocational programs and outcomes.
