Goodwill SOLAC puts people to work in the medical and customer service fields through job training programs. These programs have helped people—most of whom have faced many economic or personal obstacles in their lives—become self-sufficient by training them for careers in in-demand fields.

Healthcare Academy–Certified Nurse Assistant Training Program
The Healthcare Academy helps people begin their career in the healthcare industry by providing them with clinical training as a Certified Nurse Assistant. After an individual successfully completes the training program, these graduates receive employment support for up to five years to assist them in accessing career ladder opportunities.
Allied Healthcare Training – Medical Insurance, Billing and Coding
The Allied Healthcare Training Program enables an individual to start a career in the healthcare field as a Medical Records Clerk.
Loss Prevention Training Program
The Loss Prevention Training Program blends academic instruction with on-the-job and life-skills training. Upon program completion, graduates earn their California State Guard certificate. Graduates also receive leads to employment opportunities in the security and loss prevention industries.
